I believe there are two methods of doing this, either through the .htaccess file, or through the active theme's functions.php file - I have tried both to no avail and I'm sure I'm missing something relatively small (hence the small budget).
The aim is to get my server to recognise this:
WebSite.com/location
But process it as this:
WebSite.com/index.php?in=location
