    Hi

    It probably is a very simple job, or it could be problematic. It depends if your theme supports WordPress 4.6.1 - if it is an older theme it may not. Do you have access to the latest theme version?

    Equally with plugins, common ones will have been updated, older ones may not have been. A look at the full WordFence report would be helpful.
