Wordpress Tweaks to my site

I need someone who knows all about wordpress, shortcodes, css THUD!! (that was the sound of me hitting the limit of my knowledge)

I have a wordpress website for my business you can see it here: www.jwcpr.com

I need someone who knows their onions to help me make some changes and then provide ongoing support.

Below are the amends I would like you make make initially. From then on it will be changing slider images, fixing things I have broken and so on.

Front page:
Facebook link needs to go
G+ and Twitter need to open in a new window
Rss feed needs to subscribe people to blog and currently does nothing
In the Blog list, the ‘read more’ link at the bottom of the box just links through to blogs with the tag for ‘social media’ it needs to link through to a list of all past blogs.
No previews when you mouseover the radio buttons at the slider bottom-left

Blog:
At the bottom of the blogs the links (numbers) for pages 2, 3 and so on don’t seem to link to anywhere.
There is no sidebar on this page, so no-one can subscribe to the blogs.
