Wordpress theme to replace existing site

General information for the website: Looking for a WP theme install to our site www.money-angels.com so that I can then build the site. Would also appreciate a holding page which the site is under development. As I plan to delete all existing pages and start fresh.

Description of every page/module: N/A - I will configure once theme is installed.

Description of requirements/features: The site is just for information and will only require a contact page which I will configure via the theme.

I will need all sub folders leaving exactly where they are due to the fact that we still operate on the software behind the scenes but then all pages in the base folder can be deleted and a fresh copy of WP can be installed and then the theme, however will need a holding page up as soon as the old site is deleted.

Access to webfiles will be provided.


A further SEO requirement is needed once the site is up and running. In your proposal please also let me know how much the ongoing management of the site and
