WordPress Theme Installation + Customization, Custom Form with LinkedIn Integration

Description of requirements/features: We have a website project for a client that will require WordPress and possibly CSS and PHP skills (please read all requirements).

The project would involve:

Installation of our WordPress theme (already purchased) to a subdirectory
Creating 5-6 pages with layout according to our wireframes
Customizing the slider (3 slides) with specific images/copy (already designed/written)
Create a "submit your resume" page. This page requires some technical work. We need this page to have functionality for site users to upload their resume using a form with specific fields (to be forwarded to the web developer) as well as the option to login via LinkedIn.

All copy for the site is already written and/or will be provided in a timely manner.

We value strong communication and can promise the same in return. Should additional requirements arise, we would figure out a mutually agreeable arrangement for additional work, but we definitely want someone who is flexible enough to help us see this project through to completion.

It would be great to assign this work to someone who would be interested and/or available to do similar work in the future.
