Wordpress theme fixes

Hi,

My website was all working perfectly..http://tom-simmonds.com/

1) Then the portfolio stated to display badly with it all being distorted.
2) the top area is now not responsive on phone devices.
3) one of the separator images does not display on my phone.

Please have a look at the screen shots.

If you can fix this that would be amazing. I think it must be a problem with the theme.
