Wordpress theme customization

We have a word press website with an existing theme, URL below. We just don't have the time to complete the website and would like a good idea on an indicative price to get it to where we want to be. It will be nothing fancy just slick, mobile ready and responsive. Probably have 4 or 5 pages across the top inc an about us, services, rates, contact and maybe testimonies. Would like a PayPal payment section under rates, depending on cost. On home page would like the orange boxes with our services in and for is to be able to edit text easy. We don't need any content creating just basis look and feel.

Please can you provide indicative costs, timescales and any more detail you require.
