General information for the website: Vacation Rental
Description of requirements/features: 2 websites using ONE Wordpress hotel theme that I already downloaded
The WordPress hotel theme is to be installed on the TWO separate websites - www.myservicedspace.co.uk AND www.yourservicedspace.co.uk
"Myservicedspace" website I want you to download theme files, add my logo, change any header and tag line text that I can't change in backend. I will then upload all my content for this one. "Myservicedspace" website requires little to no customisation and is mainly to be installed in order for me to upload my content. But requires additional external calendar widget installation from my channel manager, which should be just a link or bit of code.
"Yourservicedspace" website will use the same WordPress hotel theme (e.g. Same colours, buttons, branding as first website) but it needs some customisation and to have similar layout to the www.airsorted.uk website INCLUDING a price calculator module.
IT NEEDS TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
Price calculator capturing email and showing user price of their property in area. Requiring AirBnB API or similar. (please see www.airsorted.uk or www.passthekeys.co.uk)
Icons displayed under "what we do" section
The 1- 5 step diagram under "getting started is easy"
Pricing diagram of "option 1", "option 2" and "option 3" pricing packages like https://lavanda.co.uk/airbnb-management-london/
Customer reviews layout
4 diagram icons on homepage that say "more flexibility" with calendar icon, "more income" with pound sign icon, "more exposure" with eye icon and "stress free" with smiley icon.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Additional domain name "yourservicedspace.com" to be pointed to "yourservicedspace.co.uk" website AND additional domain name "myservicedspace.com" to be pointed to "myservicedspace.co.uk" website.
NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME A PROPOSAL UNLESS YOU HAVE READ, FULLY UNDERSTAND MY REQUIREMENTS AND ARE CONFIDENT YOU ARE ABLE TO DELIVER WITHIN BUDGET OF £150.00
TIMESCALE: I AM FLEXIBLE AS LONG AS I AM WORKING WITH SOMEONE WHO FULLY UNDERSTANDS MY REQUIREMENTS.
