Wordpress Theme Customisation and Improvement

I am looking for a Wordpress professional to customise a travel marketplace Wordpress theme. I want to be able to activate and de-activate all the website and CMS features this theme offers for both Customers and Business users.

In addition to the above, the requirements below are not negotiable.

Website visitors
- View travel package categories and packages on website homepage and search
- Select travel package and view package details
- Create account/login
- Request customisation and re-quote for any selected travel package
- Create Travel package and request a quote



Business Users
- Ability to create account/login (account verification and recovery)
- Ability to create their self-employed agent profile
- Ability to create, post and edit travel packages they have created
- Ability to create, save and download travel quotes created
- Ability to add t's and c's text to each travel package and quote created
- Ability to post each quote created live to the website
- Ability to receive custom quote request from website visitors

Website Admin

- Should be able to manage all functionality
