Wordpress Theme Customisation

I have a blog hosted with wordpress.com and i love the theme i use on it. I also have another website using wordpress that is hosted on my own server, not with wordpress.com.

I want to use the same theme on my own website but there are many differences with the layout, plugins etc

I need someone to customise the theme so that it is the same on my website as it is on my wordpress.com website.

The theme in question is Suburbia by WPSHOWER
