Description of requirements/features: I need some help doing some basic changes to a wordpress site.

1. Make the header image responsive ( currently just a jpg placement picture)

2. Reduce some spacing in several places

3. Change the design of the contact form

4. Maybe a few more minor changes as we go???

I would like someone who could do this asap and be able to do this live so I can see and ok the changes as we go?
