Wordpress template for blogging created for my Functional Nutritionist business

I am setting up a Functional Nutritional business, mostly web based. I have a FB page https://www.facebook.com/FunctionalNutritionist and want to start a blog with my information. I've registered on Wordpress http://functionalnutritionist.wordpress.com and my email is functionalnutritionist2000@gmail.com I dont have a theme yet because I find them really confusing. I have a logo which you can see on FB and wordpress. Basically i just want the blog to reflect my philosophy of food is medicine and healing with whole and traditional foods. I'll be writing blogs from the research and information I gather and posting links to FB. So i just want a template where i can add my content with images. Would also like the initial 'front page' done. Cheers, Mel
