Wordpress template customization (php skills needed)

I need to provide some changes in a Wordpress template almost finished but that requires more skills than I have.

I don't think that this kind of job is really difficult. For example I need to change the style of a page, and some other details. It should be some code lines.

I have to :

Make possible posting an external URL on the "Actualités" links. For now, the problem with my template is that you can only get to the article page when you click on a news in the main page, I would like to redirect the visitor on an external website.

Create a nicer PAGE in the FILMS section when you click on a project/film. It is too flat like this and we don't like it.

A nicer look for the "Actualités" text. " I will of course give you more details about all that.

This project has to be done on next monday the 27th.
