Wordpress site with 6 pages - more work in the future for the right candidate

Description of requirements/features: We are looking for a Wordpress professional to work with on several projects.

To start with, we are looking for a simple WP site based on a professional template, so no design will be needed at this stage.

We would like input and/or suggestions for templates, and if you have specific templates you prefer to work with, that's ok for us.

Exact requirements:

Stage 1:
6 page site
customisation of template, including CSS colour schemes and implementation of logo

Stage 2:
create a Google map with pins for each of our business branches, with name, address, opening times and thumbnail image in pop up

Stage 3:
front end access to a searchable database, based on an Excel-document. We have a document that contains lot of information that needs to be available online, with each entry having a short amount of text and one pdf.

What we would like from you:

Please offer us a price for each of the stages individually, as the timing for each stage is unsure at the moment. Stage 1 will start immediately after we find the right person to work with.

We have 2-3 other websites in the pipe line, and would prefer to work with one person on all of it.
