Wordpress site/Topz theme transfer/ Creation of category page

Description of requirements/features: Wordpress site/Topz theme.

We would like this site https://multimaxdirect.com/ changing over to the Topz theme which we have purchased and created a child theme. It is currently woo commerce site purpose build undynamic web site.

We want an extra page creating which will be a product menu (23 categories see below). The current drop down configuration option is too long. See attached quick mock up.

We would also like to have the slider option too promoting 3 categories or promos at a time.

I would like work to start ASAP.
