Wordpress site design changes and new features

i want the design to look like the first image with the white background, and i have attached an image of how it looks now, and an image of the transaction page when click view details


1. i would like to only have the status word that colour and not the entire row that colour
2. i would like the front end user and admin / holdings user to be able to change their profile picture in my account
3. i would like the amounts to be in correct currency for example amount outstanding now is in just numbers not $ or right currency
4.i would like to add a help button where front end user can write a message to admin email and it will say an advisor will get back to you.
5. i would like to add option for front end user to sell a paid stock status and it turn to pending with new transaction number
6 .i would also like to be able to change the header in the my account section without it affecting the rest of the headers in the site.
7. also an extra field with % gain or loss in green and red would be great

i need this done in 48 hours if possible
