WordPress plugin developer - needed urgently

We are requiring a plugin that will be offered to our clients in order to integrate our training management system's API with their website to display course information and live availability. This will then also pull through a cart/checkout screens via iframe or JSON for the customer to place an order, the processing of the order and payments will be managed from our system.

The plugin would need to setup 4-5 pages with a variety of options for the client to tweak to control how each front end page looks. An area for creating Shortcodes will need to be added that will pull information from a specific API.

Skills required/experience required:
- WordPress site and plugin development
- MySQL and WordPress DB
- PHP/HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Connecting with rest API's
- GitHub for posting code changes
