Wordpress Plugin

We require a simple Push Notification plugin for subscribed user. We can set up the message text with a download link, delivery date and time interval. On receiving the notification on the users device, The user can click the link to download json data content.

We can develop the client device side (clicking the link, receiving the json data), the plugin will deal with the push notification and the sending of json data (download).

Please no long list of unrelated work, just a description of what you can do for this project and any questions to help to deliver a solution.

Sheetal at PPH has tried to decline this job posting even though several developers have fully understood the brief description and have supplied proposals, i am getting emails with questions as i have always done and together a brief will develop. I beginning to think there are no technical people at PPH who understand web / mobile development and how buyer and seller must work together through dialogue to agree a brief according to a budget and scope.
