I am running a site which uses the Plug Ins Events Manager (https://wordpress.org/plugins/events-manager/) to handle the Site Events and Esstential Grid (http://essential.themepunch.com) to display the events in a more modern and responsive way.
Description of requirements/features: I need someone to write a bit of PHP that forces Esstential Grid to display dates within the grid, hide past events, organise the grids in event date order.

I have tried to resolve this myself, please read the following post: http://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/227059/sorting-grids-with-essential-grid-and-events-manger. As you will see, I have got pretty close, the only bug, it that the events are not in date order.

Extra notes: Ideally, I would like to see a working example of the above to prove you can resolve the issue. However, I understand you may not have this, in which case I would like to see working examples of WordPress sites where you have modernised the PHP.

Due to the fact I have resolved a lot of the issues myself (hiding past events, displaying the event date). You probably understand I do not wish to pay a huge amount towards the solution, saying this, I am happy to pay a fair price for fast, professional working solution within a short period.

Although this project is small, if this project runs smoothly, I have a lot of other tasks of a similar ilk, and hence, would gladly request services in the future (guaranteed).
