Wordpress Landing Page For Phone Call and Email Enquiries

Background
We run an electrical testing business for Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC Testing). We have an existing website but are fairly sure that sales enquires could be improved if changes were made.
Project
To create a crisp and clear landing page within our existing website WordPress environment. The objective of the landing page is to generate leads via telephone calls and emails. The landing page must be compatible with PCs, MACs and all mobile devices. Images must be fast loading to maximise the chance of an enquiry. We already have a website and we use Google Adwords to market it. We will use Google Adwords to target our new landing page to determine if it has a better customer enquiry performance to that of our existing website. i.e. A Google campaign will be ran with the landing page URL address so conversion performance can be compared.
The landing page can link back to our website if the customer requires additional information but the objective it is to provide a fast clear enquiry landing page with an excellent conversion ratio. Logos etc. already exist and testimonials can be provided if required. The landing page should also contain search keywords and tags so it can be found generically when indexed by Google.
