Description
I require a skilled freelancer to handle the migration, rebuild broken signup forms, integrate Acuity Scheduling, and perform minor backend WordPress maintenance.
Key Tasks:
Email Migration (Mailchimp to Sender.net):
Export ~1,810 contacts and tags from Mailchimp and import them cleanly into Sender.net.
Streamline tags down to 7 core tags.
Recreate the 4-part automated Welcome Sequence in Sender.net.
Recreate the 4 automated PDF lead magnet delivery emails using my provided AWS links.
Unpublish/delete old 2020 landing pages/campaigns in Mailchimp and cancel the Mailchimp account once verified.
WordPress Form & Page Fixes:
Replace broken signup forms across the website (including footer and mobile formats) with responsive Sender.net forms/embeds.
Verify forms display correctly on mobile devices.
Map the 4 signup pages to their respective automations.
WordPress Maintenance & Integrations:
Embed Acuity Scheduling directly onto the website for booking "Free Telephone Consultations".
Remove the obsolete backend/front-page hyperlink to the old Harley Street website.
Fix and re-establish automated Google Drive website backups (currently inactive since 2024).
Requirements:
Proven experience with WordPress, Sender.net (or similar ESPs), and Mailchimp.
Fixed-price quote preferred.

Heather, based on the scope you've outlined, our estimated fixed price would be in the range of £350–£500.
We did notice your listed budget of £125, so we'd like to clarify whether this budget is intended for the complete scope or perhaps an initial phase of the project.
If £125 is your firm budget, we'd be happy to discuss a phased approach, prioritizing the highest-value tasks first and completing the remaining work in subsequent milestones.
A few questions to help us finalize the scope:
1. Is your WordPress website built using Elementor, Divi, Gutenberg, or another page builder?
2. Are the existing Welcome Sequence and lead magnet emails already designed in Mailchimp, or will they need to be recreated from scratch?
3. Do the existing Mailchimp tags map clearly to the 7 new tags, or would you like our assistance in restructuring them?
4. Is your Acuity Scheduling account already configured, or does it also require setup?
5. Which plugin or service was previously handling your Google Drive backups?
6. Will you provide administrator access to WordPress, Mailchimp, Sender.net, Acuity, hosting, and Google Drive?
7. Would you prefer Mailchimp to remain active until the migration has been fully tested, or should it be cancelled immediately after completion?
Once we receive your responses, we'll be happy to provide a detailed fixed-price proposal and, if needed, recommend the most practical phased approach to fit your budget.
We look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
VConn Pvt Ltd
