have already sent a proposal. Description

Error is: GET http://www.brentwood-lettings.co.uk/wp-content/themes/realia/assets/js/jquery.cookie.js?ver=4.0 404 (Not Found)
File is there, permissions are ok, just wont happen. I suspect its a server security issue - wondering if there is a workaround without going to the host.
I have: admin access, database access, ftp access (no cpanel access)
Can you help?
