Wordpress Expert Needed

I have tried to migrate a website from one hosting to other hosting (both are bought from namecheap). I had used All-in-one migration tool but it failed. Now I am having all in one backup file. Also have full backup copy of hosting from where the website existed. That old hosting is still active.

I need somebody to use any method, all in one backup copy or full backup copy or the old hosting to make the website live on new hosting.

This is something easy for the person who really knows what is the problem & how will it get solved.
