Wordpress development issues

I have some Wordpress sites. One of which has a couple of issues. See www.yorkshireaccountancy.co.uk.

1. Drop down navigation menu not "dropping down" on home page.
2. Some blogs not showing. See - http://yorkshireaccountancy.co.uk/how-to-save-money-when-starting-a-business/

These should be fairly easy to fix for someone with good Wordpress knowledge.

I also have a couple of new developments in mind so need to build a solid relationship with a reliable developer.

Unfortunately I have been let down by my current developer!
