Wordpress development and customisation for an eDirectory website

We are looking to create website platform where we hold a profile of all property companies in a particular region, and these can be searched on our website for free. Also, the property companies that we hold their profiles in that region can list void properties on the website based on subscription levels. Any property listed should be connected to the company's profile.

- Properties will be searchable based on a number of search criteria (E.g. mile radius, county etc)
- Company profile will be searchable for free
- Profile owners will have access to edit and update their profile without subscribing
- Properties cannot be listed except through subcription
- Every property listed will show the details of company listing it.
- The Design (look and fee)l of the forms are very important.
- Developer will set up the Dynamic Google Api including the base location, long &lats, location pin for the property companies etc.
- Woocommerce will be setup for the subscription level and developer will ensure that checkout system works as it should.
& land set the base.
- Tasks also includes proper naming of pages and premalinks, uploading the header logo and favicon, setting the footer pages.
- All required front and back end task is included in this task.

We have 2 premium theme for this project and we will be prepared to go with the one that best suits the job although one has already been installed.
