General information for the website: Media files sharing between companies and press
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: We need to develop a website that allows companies to share thier high quality media files with the specialized press to use it in their publications. (We need, functionally, a copy of this web. The system we want to set up is very similar. Http://www.prshots.com/ )

The website will have a public area and a private area.
The web will have two types of users (roles): press and companies ('brands')
- The press can register for free.
- Companies will be able to register by paying (I already have the plugin managing members: https://www.paidmembershipspro.com ).

Companies can upload high-quality files (photographs and PDFs) to the system. These files must be assigned to a predetermined category and must be associated with that company that has uploaded it. The files will have some custom fields in addition (title, description, price..) to the category and keywords. That's why I would like to be a kind of personalized post. Companies should be able to do CRUD with these files in the admin backend.

The press will be able to see the files uploaded by all the companies. They should be able to search among them (by categories or keywords), to see the detail of each file and to download it (when a press user sees or downloads a file must be registered so that the companies can know which of their files are most consulted or downloaded ).

I am a web developer, but due to the excess workload I have to outsource this project.
I already have Wordpress running and I installed the theme required by the client (has Visual Composer). I have also created public static pages.

It is a priority to have immediate availability, because the delivery times are very short (a first partial delivery in 4 days with the main functionalities showed but not working... to allow us to show it to potential clients... and the full page in two weeks maximum).
Developing in a shared environment to allow us to see the evolution will be valorated.

Knowing Spanish will be valued as an extra (that is the language in which the final web will be).
