Wordpress developer to build sites using elementor themes

We are looking for a WP developer to build a site using elementor. We will provide a basic outline wireframe for how the site will look. The requirements from developer are:

1. Select a WP theme - post approval
2. Build the site using the theme:
- Based on the wireframe
- Use the content provided
- Source free stock images as necessary
3. Install some select plugins
4. Test the before handover

We will provide the WP hosting.

We will have on-going requirement for WP developer, if this jobs goes as expected.
