Wordpress developer that fully understands 123-reg

Require a Wordpress developer that fully understands the 123-reg domain hosting platform.

My site is set up with 123-reg Linux shared hosting but it is set up incorrectly with extension in the url.

The site should display as www.superbikecasino.com but is displaying as www.superbikecasino.com/web2

Also... the shared hosting it currently sits on is very slow, please suggest good secure options to speed the site up.
