WordPress Developer needed to customize the plugin

I'm looking for an experienced WordPress Developer to create a plugin for a eCommerce Tile and Hardware store.

The use case is as follows:
We would like our clients to be shown a specific product with a calculated quantity based on a product they select.
Example:
1. User wants to buy tiles and selects a tile as a product on the website
2. The user is able to use a tile calculator on the product details page which will tell him how many boxes of that tile he will need for a length and width he will provide in input boxes.
3. The calculated number of boxes will be added to the cart
4. Upon adding the tiles to the cart, the user must be shown another list of products that they will need in the form of a recommendation that they will need with the tiles, and allow them to add them to the cart.

The implementation and ui for the functionality required should be clean, professional and in line with the current website which will be discussed.
