Wordpress and WooCommerce Tweaks...

General information for the website: We have an existing site and need to make some changes to the shop

Description of requirements/features: Hi
We have a website that we're pretty happy with (www.cocopzazz.co.uk) - but we need to make the following changes....
1. To increase a minimum value of order to the shopping cart
2. To restructure the product listings on the site so that they are presented in a more attractive and easy to browse format.
We would like them to be broken into several categories and with feature products / flavours... so there would be the following categories: Giant Buttons 95g packs / Seasonal Products / Mini Packs of Giant buttons 25g / Bars / Gift packs

Hopefully this will be simple for someone who uses WooCommerce frequently!
