Websites speeded up and additional coding

As well as speeding up the teo sites I would also like you to quote for doing some extra work on one of the sites

1. I would like the logo at the top moving up and to the left so the bottom of the logo is level with the tabs eg. the 'Home' tab
2. I would like to the white area that contains the logo and tab buttons on the desktop to remain static when you scroll down like it is on the on anothe rsite
3. I would like the bullet points with the ticks to be on the left hand site
4. I would like the form re doing so it is more discreet and put over to the right hand side ( we do not want the form to completely cover the yacht.

6. I would like the a call now like it is on our mobile version this would work accross all mobile versions
7. I would like the top part f the mbile version to be static like it is on the mobile version ( I am currently reducing the top part so it is just the white part with the logo ) so this is the only part that will need to be made static. You will of course have access to the other website so you can copy the code
8. I would like the phone number to be more prominent and clear at the top of the desk top version
9. I would like a kind of arrow to the form on the desk top saying something along the lines of see if you qualify for our free financial review
