Website Wordpress/Elementor redesign

I need a web developer / designer, familiar with Wordpress & Elementor, to do a website re-design. As well as the required technical skills I am looking for someone who has some design skills / an artistic eye.

Website is currently on Wordpress using Elementor - this will remain the case.

Website content & menu structure will remain unchanged. This is a design-only project.

We have a couple of pages drawn out by the branding agency as a guide (see pdf attachment), but all other pages need to be updated to reflect the same look and feel.

We have a full branding manual available upon request that lists all CMYK values, full colour palette, fonts, etc. Plus has downloadable logos.

We will provide photos - I am very confident with Wordpress so can easily swap out photos or tweak content if needed - really we just need the main layout of all pages changed to fit with the new design at this stage.
