Website with Drupal Commerce

We need an experience Drupal Commerce and PHP developer.
Someone has made an online shop, based upon downloading/streaming of digital books and games for members. The shoo is already developed and we have recently received it, but are not happy with details and the programmer. The shop is based upon both streaming and downloading and have several kinds of customers (members) that will have individual downloading rights.
We need someone to take over this project, do changes immediately, when we need them and develop further, if needed. Even when the site is ready, we will need someone that can follow it up, as there always will be need for further development and changes.
You will also need to have knowledge of all the technical aspects of setting yp the website and running it from a server and follow up all aspects of running the website.
