Website theme uploaded and installed onto Wordpress with Adsense set up

I have bought a wordpress theme and would like it installed and uploaded to Wordpress.

There is a few other things i would like done once that is done.

1. Install theme to Wordpress
2. Connect Google Adsense to website
3. Replace "Buy button" with "Redeem button" in shopping cart
4. Upload logo to website

I will give details of hosting packages and zip file for the theme once work begins. Let me know what else you need.
