Website redesign, Joomla, Metro inspired design wanted

Main Aims:

1. Retain Joomla (we can upgrade the backend as required).
2. Retain some of the paths and content for continuity and SEO
3. Complete rework of the look and feel, I am aiming for Metro/Windows 8 inspired (there are many of these that I like: http://www.wprazzi.com/2013/wordpress-metro-themes/ as example). Aiming for modern look and feel, simple and clear, and classy. Retaining current logo and (more or less) the colours (perhaps different block/tile colours could reflect the individual strand colours in the logo)
4. Introduce launch of Spinnaker (our new software product coming end of this year)
5. Losing some of current depth and content.
6. m.dentalit.ltd.uk with simple appropriate design, some content, phone number and contact us, links to social networking etc.

You MUST have:

Good design and coding capabilities, examples of this.
Joomla experience and examples of this.

A bonus would be if you could create a brief mock-up of what you might have in mind for the 1st page. I know this isn’t a competition site, but some idea of what you might do, would be helpful to select a partner to work with.
