Website moved from Wix to Wordpress

I have designed the below website but would like it moved to a free wordpress theme. It needs to have the exact same layout, words and pictures.

Ideally I'd also like you to soend 15-20minutes showing me around the theme and how to post a new blog, and resolve an issues.
