Website in Joomla for correcting, minor tweaking

General information for the website: www.houseproud.cleaning is a website for a small cleaners and housekeepers' agency

Description of every page/module: it's all visible on www.houseproud.cleaning
Description of requirements/features: 1) The background - it's loading up for ages, unacceptably long, plus there are grey stripes in certain sections.
2) Blog needs some minor tweaking, for example the buttons: ''Bloggers'' or ''Team blogs'' are irrelevant, as I'm the only author. It needs to be a good quality blog section that serves the purpose (SEO plus jazzing up my website) and looks user friendly.
3) Mobile version is completely inexistent, at the moment it all only works on desktops. I need a website that works on Iphones and on Android devices.
4) I need some SEO advice and help with creating relevant headlines plus relevant inlinks, etc. I want my website to be as strong on Google as possible.
5) Headers, headlines or titles? ...not sure what they are called... in the search engine tabs above the web address.
6) Perhaps I need at the bottom of the page company Facebook, LinkedIn, GooglePlus and Twitter account links, as most businesses have it.
That's it, so really only minor tweaking is required.
