Website Improvements

The basis of a functional website has been completed but I think there is a lot of room for further improvements.
I am looking for someone who knows what they are doing so I am open to proposals for improvement. I do not expect to be asked 'what needs to be done', I expect to be given ideas on how to make the website better.

I already have ideas in mind so the successful candidate will be one whose proposal closely matches what I have in mind.
