Description of requirements/features: Hello,

I would like a number of changes making to a word press website (www.prop.ltd). Please see below list of changes.

Could you let me know if you can make those changes and what the cost would be.

- Making sure the images re-size properly so that you don't just get bits of the images (see Photo booth page)
- Making the images load faster
- Create a gallery page - linked to the picture grid at the bottom of each page
- Create a carousel for the testimonials on the homepage so the testimonials rotate
- Improve the look of the footer (The sharing icons look messy. The thin black footer needs to be deeper and include a twitter icon and our contact details).
- Fix an issue with the fonts - when you first load the page, often you get a default font before the proper one loads.
- Remove all the tags on the blogs apart from the date
