Website design

I'm looking for someone to build a new photography based website for me to replace my existing outdated site. Nothing too tricky; and no e-commerce needed. I've seen some wordpress templates that I like and would prefer to go down this route.

What I also need help with is actually transferring it across and getting it live as I've never done this before and don't know how to go about it. Lots of hand holding needed!

I have all the content already but need to make sure that I don't harm my future ranking so SEO experience would be essential.
