Website built to my exact design

Hi,

I need a website building using a CMS to match exactly the attached design. I need it to be fully responsive and retina display compatible with a simple webshop built in using something like woo commerce. I'm looking to use PayPal pro as the gateway and merchant account and need them to be fully integrated into the site.

I have previously been burned by someone who promised the world but delivered a standard Wordpress theme. I need a developer who can built my website to exactly the design attached, whether it be an adaptation of several themes or built from scratch, It needs to look identical to the attached design and work as described.

Because of my previous experience I will need to see lots of examples of similar custom sites and I would need to meet with you in London to talk over the design.
