Website - An online Application form and 10 Training Courses

*Important - I'm not sure what the best approach is; whether share point, moodle etc. I would appreciate assistance in what the pros and cons are.

I want the ability for an applicant to apply for a job online (the application form requires a full employment history for example) and an electronic signature. I also want a training website. I want the ability to give my staff logins and for them to have access to an Intranet with online training courses they can do.

I do not have much experience with website related stuff. However, I do want to create an ongoing partnership with someone to contract out that part of the business.. As we move more and more towards 'paperless' and online, I would like to work with someone who I can trust and hopefully this side can be developed further. My Organisation isn't greatly funded as it's funded by Local Authorities but I care for vulnerable children and young people and a further aspect down the line is giving the children and young people access to a mini intranet where resources could be provided etc. The organisation is trying to expand it's reach with unfortunately, a lot of young people have endured and will continue to endure throughout this epidemic some significant harm to their well being and future well being.

The approach I'm wanting with the initial Application form and Training etc. will protect vulnerable children and young people. For example, a regulation requires that a full employment history with reasons for leaving is checked and verified (with no gaps). This is to ensure that any potential abusers are checked thoroughly. The Training for example on training on child protection and safeguarding etc. I want to (in the near future), get this some form of accreditation and provide this online for free to everyone (protecting children should cost nothing).

I had my fingers burnt with a previous person I worked with on here.. Quoted for something and omitted key things. Trust is everything. My budget isn't the biggest but the purpose is giving vulnerable children and young people a new start. My Organisation is called Nu Start.

I don't really have an idea of an acceptable budget but look forward to discussions..
