Website amendments, design change, bug fix and SEO tagging - Wordpress

I have a one-page webpage, a custom wordpress template. You can see the site at www.freecvreviews.com

What I need:

1) Image below banner of the two people to be removed, video (can be hosted on Youtube or Vimeo) to be embedded alongside text or to appear below text on small windows/mobile
2) Slight bug with display on certain resolutions/window sizes for the 1-2-3 steps section, picture attached
3) Bugfix required on contact form, I cannot seem to get it to send through to my domain specific email address, though it works when changing it to personal (gmail) address.
4) Tagging of headers/image alt-text/h1 tags etc with SEO phrases that I will provide
5) General speed optimisation of the site, deletion of other redundant themes etc.

This is hosted on Dreamhost.

I require someone with a generalist skillset in wordpress/troubleshooting to take care of the above, ideally within 3 days of the award date.

I would welcome proposals that go beyond this core requirement but these are the essential items.

I do not have a set budget - will consider every proposal on merit, focussing more on feedback of the seller, detail in the proposal, and finally cost.
