I need a site based in word press platform, with standard pages (Home page, services/content pages, few customizable landing pages, contact page with embedded google map, site map, standard footers, home page slideshow projecting our major services - three slides, etc...)

Note

Must be responsive (will be as it is in Wordpress)
Must adopt web 2.0 plus standards and design
Must be scalable adding pages, modification of customizable landing pages, additional links in to the footer, slide show new image insertion, etc....
Must adopt our theme colour ( Light blue) - I will provide you or else you can suggest a new theme
I may go for a new logo (pay is negotiable) if not i will provide the existing
