Web developer to make changes to our corporate website on wordpress

General information for the website: We're looking to add several pages to our website on wordpress and add some buttons

Description of requirements/features: Our website needs some updating. We're looking to add 11 office specific pages to our website under the find an office facility. Each page will have:
1x photo
Several text areas
URL links
Buttons x2
Social Media buttons
Leave a Google+ review
Testimonials area - which I can swap over or add more testimonials
All our images and buttons need to be linked. I need to be able to edit each page, so none can be locked post work.

We also need to add two buttons to the homepage offering a different offer to our customers and corporate clients. The buttons when clicked will need to bring up a request form, which will automatically email our head office and also provide them with an on screen reply.

Text doesn't need to be added by the designer, just the buttons with links and images with links. Content can however be provided. An aesthetic draft of the office page has already been created ready.
