Web developer needed for website modifications

My name is Sean, and I'm looking to get my website modified. I'm not very technically minded when it comes to web development, but I will try and help the best I can.

My web developer used Laravel to build the website. I also have the details so you can login to modify the code; obviously these are private details, so I will only pass them on if you are seriously interested, and can do the work within the next week.

Modifying some elements of the website:

Add a payment feature for 1 user -
monthly/yearly subscription payment needed for consumers

Remove registration for 1 user -
Executive Business Marketing

Remove points system -
the current website works on a points based system, where the consumer builds up points, and uses them to access the discounts, which are then authorised, but I'd like that system to be removed, so the consumer can access the discounts an unlimited number of times.

Discount percentage -
each business can set the discount they provide the consumer, it currently stands at 20% and 30%; I would like 10% to be added

There is a link on the opening page -
it is a number, counting down. This would need to be removed, as it no longer applies to the service.

Any questions, feel free to ask - remember to try and keep them in fairly basic terms, as I'm not technically competent when it comes to web development.
