Description
Experience Level: Expert

hi there, this is a simple job - client has a website built in our custom CMS, but as time has gone on the CMS is out of date really, and we want to switch all to WordPress and make it responsive design to display effectively on mobile devices.
As much as possible, we want to keep the current design.
I can give you
extendcp (equivalent of cPanel or Plesk) access
PhPMyAdmin access
MySQL and FTP access
All error logs and
Access to the hosts if you need further support.
The site is to go on the same server, so you will need to build it on a test server - which I will provide - and then once client confirms he is happy transfer it to overwrite the current site.
The previous developer I used to use has changed to WordPress too, so this transferring of content is not something or hard...
This is a job that the cheapest quote will likely win, normally we focus on quality, but this is a job we don't actually get paid for, it just helps us in the long term as mobile friendly becomes the new normal standard...
PS - ignore the XHTML and CSS validator links in the footer, they can be removed, it need not pass all these testes :)
