We need a customer intake form + small customer portal

General information for the website: We are a small property management company
Kind of development: Customization of existing website

Description of requirements/features: We need:
1) a customer in-take form (Gravity Forms) on our web site. The website is on wordpress. We already used Gravity Forms Plugin for collecting property information.
Now we need a new Gravity form developed and integrated into our website for collecting aspired customers.
Gravity forms integrate well with Zapier which we use to exchange data between different systems we use. So, Gravity Forms are a desired platform.
The wordpress website is in Dutch. So good knowledge of Wordpress is required.

2) a small customer portal to display some of the analytics for our customers. We already use Klipfolio to show public specifically generated urls from our web site.
We would like, if possible, to:
- create a page where our customers could log in
- display Klipfolio adequately formatted dashboards (Klipfolio gives an opportunity to customize the look with custom css) on that page
- display other external widgets in iframes
- display some descriptive info about the customer and his properties available through the REST web service on our VPS

We are open for options.
