Very small amends to a Wordpress website

Hi, I'm looking for someone to edit a website very slightly, by doing the following:

Change the addresses and phone numbers in the website footer (these seem to be in the template rather than the WYSIWYG editable area, which is why we can't work out how to do it!)

Add a few lines of content to the contact us page

Increase the size of the Google map on our contact page (just stretching it across the screen)

If it's easy to do, write a quick note with screen grabs showing us how to change the footer ourselves in the future.

Should be a 15-30 minute job and will appoint someone today!
