URGENTish: someone nice to build me a wordpress theme template

I'm looking for someone to build me a responsive wordpress theme/tailor an existing theme to match http://www.hob-nob.co.uk:

I don't need:
1. the "learn more" text/features/links (toward the bottom of the home page: Bus Dev Consultancy and Telemarketing Assessment...)
2. The contact form on the home page [Or we'll call you!]
3. The newsletter form on the home page
4. A custom contact form on the contact page
5. The follow us on twitter/talk to us on linkedin

I don't *have* to have the "you are here" graphic on the nav.

I'd like the theme to be simply uploadable as a zip file to my *existing* Wordpress installation at hob-nob.com [YES .COM!] - the theme that's there costs money each year for white labelling so I'd rather use one that doesn't

All pages/components are available in HTML (Original HTML site has been hacked and requires rebuild - so I'm not sure if you could still use this safely?)

In any proposal please include:
1. How do you plan to do it? i.e. code from nothing, change an existing theme design, etc.
2. Links to any previous responsive wordpress sites you have done in a similar way to the method described in 1.
3. Whether you are VAT registered? Does your quote include VAT?

This is probably an easy hassle-free job for the right person - I'd really like each of us to have a nice easy professional experience!
